DOUBLE STROKE FOR THE SMET GROUP WITH TWO SBM 12.0C MACHINES
PRINCIPLES OF THE SBM 12.0 C DRILL MAST
The Conrad SBM 12.0C drilling mast has already proven its quality on the national and international market. The development of this installation into a modern and reliable drilling rig, and the extensive options for personalizing the installations, resulted in enthusiastic reactions from end users. And that's what we do it for.
The SBM 12.0 C is equipped with the most modern techniques and an advanced but very accessible operation. This versatile machine also has a unique mast construction. The complete mast construction has a length of approximately 7.6 meters, consisting of a closed box profile, provided with guide tracks and mounting options for the various parts to be mounted. The main hinge is designed in such a way that the mast is straight forward relative to the excavator, allowing the driller to optimally drill into a sheet pile box.
The mast is also equipped with a mast extension of 5 meters stroke. This can be hydraulically folded away and secured, so that it is positioned on the side of the base mast during transport. The top of the mast extension is equipped with an end stop and a sensor. It is unnecessary to report that the machine has been built in accordance with safety regulations and EC regulations. This solid and robust installation is guaranteed to be a reliable long-term partner for every driller.
