The 12DRILL drill bits are developed by and for the drilling industry. Based on years of practical experience and continuously improved, these bits offer a reliable solution for rotary drilling in soft to medium-hard formations.
The 12DRILL range consists of three types: the PDC 3-wing, the PDC 5-wing, and the TC3 Weld. The TC3 Weld features separate tungsten carbide wings that are welded onto a drill pipe. The PDC 3-wing and PDC 5-wing are available in diameters from 130 mm to 170 mm, with a total length of 312 mm and a 2 7/8 reg thread connection. The TC3 Weld wings are suitable for a pipe diameter of 88.9 mm and are likewise available in drilling diameters from 130 to 170 mm.
Operation convenience
The 12DRILL PDC bit stands out due to its larger fluid passage and longer wings, which provide greater support during drilling. The result is a cleaner borehole and a more efficient rotary drilling process.
Universal Connection
The 12DRILL PDC bits are equipped with a 2 7/8 reg connection. Combined with a 12DRILL sub — available with or without a backflow valve and compatible with all common sizes — the bits fit any drilling rig, regardless of brand or type.
