CRT 324
The Conrad Rotary Table 324 (CRT 324) is a hydraulically driven rotary table for drilling with casing, with a clamping diameter of up to 324 mm. The rotary table is compatible with Conrad drilling rigs and rigs from other manufacturers.
Overview
The CRT 324 guides casing in and out of the borehole in a controlled manner during casing drilling. Where the installation and removal of casing pipes is heavy and time-consuming, the rotary table takes over this work. The hydraulically driven casing clamp, mounted beneath the rotary table, holds the casing securely in place during installation and removal. This makes the drilling process safer and more efficient.
The table clamps casing up to 324 mm and provides the torque required to rotate drill pipes and casing. With the quick-change system, the inserts can be easily adapted to different casing diameters, ensuring the table remains operational for various projects without significant delays. The basic set consists of six clamping blocks and three casing clamps, fitted with wear plates for a longer service life and consistent performance. When working in the field with different casing diameters, alternative inserts can be easily fitted to this basic set.
Operation convenience
The CRT 324 can be operated entirely via the remote control. The drill master controls the installation and removal processes accurately and safely from a distance, with a clear view of both the drilling process and the surrounding area. The rotary table is designed as standard for mounting on a suitable Conrad drilling rig and can also be integrated into rigs from other manufacturers.
