Boxer 150 GT with CCR 500 for Hawi Zelhem
In March 2026, Conrad Stanen delivered a Boxer 150 GT with CCR 500 desanding unit to Hawi Zelhem. The drilling rig is used for geothermal drilling.
Hawi Grondboortechniek from Zelhem has been active in ground drilling since 2010. Its core activity is geothermal drilling for closed-loop systems, from a few boreholes for private homes to projects for apartment complexes and new residential areas.
Hawi has worked with Conrad machines for some time. The company previously used a Conrad Boxer 120 to drill geothermal boreholes in a small back garden in the heart of Amsterdam.
This Boxer 150 GT has a pull-up of 6,000 daN and a pull-down of 3,000 daN. The CCR 500 desanding unit is mounted at the rear. With the radio remote control unit, the driller controls the track drive, all drilling functions, setting up and stabilising the rig, and power management.
